Amenities

Beautifully furnished with TVs, DVD, fully-equipped kitchen.  Family-friendly environment.  King bed in the Master bedroom, twins in the second bedroom. 

Both the Master bedroom and the Living Room have a wall of windows & glass doors overlooking the ocean.  Access the balcony from the Living Room or Master bedroom.

All linens and kitchen items included.  

Private garage included with the unit.

On Site: Heated pool, kiddie pool, beach access.

Policies

Smoke Free: For the comfort of all our guests, we do not allow smoking in the condo or on the balcony. You can smoke at the pool and on the beach.
No Pets: The Surfside Club building does not allow any pets. I'm sorry but we don't have the ability to make any exceptions.

Location

This unit is located in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida, which is approximately 5 miles south of downtown Daytona Beach and north of Ponce Inlet. It is on the second floor, facing the ocean and has direct access to the pool area without going through the lobby.

Directions
  • The address is 3601 S Atlantic Ave, Daytona Beach Shores, FL 32127
  • Take I-95 to exit 256, which is labeled Daytona Beach Shores. (This is one exit south of the I-95 / I-4 intersection).
  • Turn East on Dunlawton Ave. Follow it all the way to the ocean (about 5 miles).
  • At the end of Dunlawton, turn right on Atlantic. 
  • Surfside Club will be the 3rd building on your left.  It is a white building with blue trim and a large "SC" on the front.

Rental Rates

In-Season
    January through August, $2000 / month

Off-Season
    September through December $1700 / month

Rent includes $150 towards electricity
Rates do not include the $80 cleaning fee or the Florida taxes of 12.5%
Ask about discounts for multiple months

Payment Method

Checks and money orders are accepted, but must be US funds drawn on a US bank.  Credit cards are not accepted.

Reservation Deposit

A deposit of $300 is required to hold your reservation. The balance will be due 30 days prior to your arrival.

Security Deposit

We reserve the right to collect a $300 refundable security deposit. The deposit is returned to you once the unit has been cleaned and inspected.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival, your deposit will be returned, less a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival, any payments will only be returned if the unit can be rented again.

Bright and cheery living room with a whole wall of glass that faces the ocean.


Living room has 50 inch flat screen TV.


Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and all the conveniences of home.


Spacious master suite, king-sized bed, dressing area, large closet, adjoining full bathroom, television, and a wonderful view of the ocean with it's own entrance to the balcony.

The pool is right next to the beach.  That is Sunglow Pier in the background.

You can watch the sun rise over the Atlantic and set over the Halifax river.
