Surfside Club 203 Two Bedroom, Two Bath, Ocean Front Bright, cheery, beautifully furnished, direct oceanfront condo.  King bed in the master bedroom and twins in the second bedroom.  Balcony that faces the ocean and overlooks the pool. All the comforts of home with the luxury of a fantastic beach front location.  This is strictly a smoke-free environment. Minimum rental duration is 1 month.

Beautifully furnished with TVs, VCR, fully-equipped kitchen.  Family-friendly environment.  King bed in the Master bedroom, twins in the second bedroom.  Balcony overlooks the pool and the ocean.

Both the Master bedroom and the Living Room have a wall of windows/glass doors overlooking the ocean.  Access the balcony from the Living Room or Master bedroom.

All linens and kitchen items included. 

Private garage included with the unit.
 

On Site:

Heated pool, kiddie pool, beach access.

Smoke-Free: 

For the comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow smoking in the unit or on the balcony.

No Pets: 

The Surfside Club building does not allow any pets. Sorry, we do not have the ability to make exceptions.

Location: 

This unit is located in Daytona Beach Shores Florida, which is approximately 5 miles south of downtown Daytona Beach and north of Ponce Inlet.  It is on the 2nd floor, facing the ocean and overlooking the pool.

Directions:

The address is 3601 S Atlantic Ave, Daytona Beach Shares, FL  32127

Take I-95 to exit 256, which is labeled Daytona Beach Shores.  (This is one exit south of the I-95 / I-4 intersection).

Turn East on Dunlawton Ave.  Follow it all the way to the ocean (about 5 miles).

At the end of Dunlawton, turn right on Atlantic. 

Surfside Club will be the 3rd building on your left.  It is a white building with blue trim and a large "SC" on the front.
