Sunglow Resort 407 Two Bedroom, Two Bath, Ocean View This beautiful unit was recently redecorated. It has a full kitchen, two queen beds, two full bathrooms, a queen sofa bed, wireless internet, and a private balcony that overlooks the ocean and Sunglow pier. Community heated pool, hot tub, sun deck, wireless internet, and laundry. This is strictly a smoke-free environment. Minimum rental duration is 3 days.

Fees & Taxes:
There is a $60 fee to clean the unit when you leave. This includes towel and linen exchanges at the front desk.
There is an additional fee of $30 per month added to monthly rentals to cover the towel and linen exchanges.
We must collect a 12.5% tourist tax on the rent and cleaning fees that we turn over to our wonderful government.
Payment Methods:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, eChecks that we process through PayPal.
We do not charge extra for credit card processing.
Personal checks and money orders are also accepted, but must be in US funds drawn on US or Canadian banks.
Reservation Deposit:
A deposit of $200 is required to hold your reservation. The balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Security Deposit:
We reserve the right to collect a $250 refundable security deposit.
The deposit is returned to you once the unit has been cleaned and inspected.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your reservation at least one month prior to the scheduled arrival, your deposit will be returned.
If you cancel your reservation less than one month prior to the scheduled arrival, your deposit will only
be returned if the unit can be rented again
