Sunglow Resort 301 One Bedroom, One Bath, Ocean Front This unit directly faces the ocean.  It has a private balcony that overlooks the sun deck, pool, beach and Sunglow pier. Community heated pool, hot tub, sun deck, wireless internet, and laundry. This is strictly a smoke-free environment. Sorry, no pets are allowed in the building. Minimum rental duration is 3 days.

The private 3rd floor balcony overlooks the pool, sun deck, beach and Sunglow Pier. 

Enjoy the soothing sounds of the surf.  That's Crabby Joe's Restaurant in the middle of the pier.

Eating Area

Has a table and chairs, plus a breakfast bar with bar stools.

Living Room

The living room has a sliding glass door that opens out onto the balcony where you get plenty of sunshine and a great view of the ocean.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

Has a refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster oven, and plenty of dishes and utensils.

Master Bedroom

Queen-size bed, plenty of privacy, storage space and a second television.

Sun Deck

A pool, the beach, and the sun.  There is even a shared grill for cooking out on the deck.  What more could you want?

The pool is heated and the hot tub is HOT.

We are on the 3rd floor of this 10-story building. 

You are high enough to get a great view, but not so high that you feel separated from the activity on the beach.

You can watch the sun rise over the Atlantic and set over the Halifax River.
