You can see a multiple year calendar of events on the Chamber of Commerce website. Fees & Taxes There is a $65 fee to clean the unit when you leave. We must collect a 12.5% tourist tax on the rent and cleaning fees that we turn over to the government. Payment Methods We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, eChecks that we process through PayPal. We do not charge extra for credit card processing. Personal checks and money orders are also accepted, but must be in US funds drawn on a US or Canadian bank. Reservation Deposit A deposit of $200 is required to hold your reservation. The balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Security Deposit We reserve the right to collect a $250 refundable security deposit. The deposit is returned to you once the unit has been cleaned and inspected. Cancellation Policy If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival, your deposit will be returned, less a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival, any payments will only be returned if the unit can be rented again. |
